Novak Đurić, founder and visionary of the Youth Caucus organization, firmly believes that young people are the greatest asset of any society. The value of this asset is measured by the education and opportunities available to youth within a society. Coming from a small town in southern Serbia, Vranje, Novak has witnessed firsthand how young people today often lack the space to fully demonstrate their potential, as well as the tools to develop their skills and capacities.
As a student of International Relations at the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade, with a particular interest in understanding the United States, and as a young entrepreneur and founder of the Dermatology Online Platform, Novak recognized the urgent need for greater investment in young people across the country, as this is the only guarantee of a stable and promising future.
